These terms govern the transaction process, transfer of assets, and future liabilities. Please review the detailed agreement points below.
All transaction payments and acquisition funds will be processed securely via Escrow.com. No direct, cash, or external payments outside the verified Escrow setup will be accepted.
Upon finalization of the deal, specific domains related to active projects in the portfolio will be transferred by the seller to external accounts/registrars elsewhere. These project domains are excluded from the sale.
Once the deal is finalized and the portfolio handover is completed, all future domain renewals, registration fees, hosting, maintenance, and ownership payments will be the sole responsibility of the purchaser (buyer) who acquired the portfolio.
All required modifications to registry details—including the new owner's Email Address, Mobile Number, and contact names—must be fully specified, documented, and explicitly mentioned in the official Escrow agreement parameters during the Escrow transaction setup.
